Everyone of us wants to have them sexy toned abs, that just pop out when you get your shirt off. Well, first of all, the training is the last thing that you should think of, when it comes to your abs. I’ve given you guides on how to get toned abs many times, and you know that it takes more than abs exercises.
But today, I’m gonna give you some amazing abs exercises when you’re in the gym. Check them out and tone your abs now!
1. Seated Ab Crunch
This is one of the best exercises that you can do in the gym. It is an easy one, but very effective. Sitting on a flat bench, lean back and raise your feet up off the floor. One really important thing is to use your abs to pull your knees towards your shoulders and your shoulders towards your knees.
2. Bench Sit-Ups
This is one more bench exercise that I really love. It works amazing for the lower abs, and it really makes them work. Also, you can add some weights lying on your chest, to make it more challenging.
3. Abs Pull Ups
In most of the gyms, there is a machine for this exercise, but if you don’t have this kind of machine, you can do this amazing exercise on a pull up bar. Just hang on a bar and lift your legs straight and up.
4. Cable Crunch
Well this is one exercise I bet you’ve never thought of! And it’s really effective one, so why not try it. These cable crunches are something you have to try when you are working on your abs in the gym. Just get in a sited position set the best weight for you, and start crunching.
5. Side Bench Crunch
The side bench crunch is the last but not least exercise. You can do it on the Romanian side chair abs machine. It’s one great exercise for the side abs and it works just perfect. Here is how you can do it on a regular bench too.
