First Home Workout For Men

V-ups is a good exercise for men that focuses upper and lower abs. You have to lie down for performing this exercise. After lying down, place your arms over your head. Now use all your energy to lift your legs as well as arms towards your toes at the same time. Your hands must touch your toes or should be near to them. Now lower your arms and legs and take the near the floor (just an inch away from floor). Repeat these steps several times.

Second Home Workout For Men

A squat is yet another good exercise for men as it strengthens their thighs back portion and buttocks. You can perform this exercise with dumbbells as well. Before starting this workout, you need to stand straight such that the gap between your two feet is equal to your shoulder width. Now bend your knees and hips in such a way that your thighs are parallel to the ground. Now stand back again but d this step slowly as sudden body move may damage your lower back area.

Third Home Workout For Men

Crunches are very a good way of remaining fit. I am sure, most of you already know how to do crunches but if you do not know then here, I am with a brief overview of this exercise. Lie down on your back in such a way that your feet are elevated and knees are bent. Now cross your arms over the chest. You have to lift your body several inches up from the ground several times without using your hands.
