This is probably because you are likely to burn a large amount of calories climbing the stairs in either direction.


Star climbing is very effective because it targets the glutes and hamstrings thereby creating and maintaining a lifted and firm look in our bums.

Fitness instructor, Ada-Ari, provides a quick-yet-effective, 4 minute workout session perfect for mornings in the video below.



In the video labelled Stair Workout, Ada-Ari, with the help of two people, uses the staircase to do sets of squats, lunges, burpees, pushups, and mountain climbers to target the arms and abs.
