She turns 46 today (happy birthday J Lo!) but you wouldn't know it looking at her amazing body. Sure, she has the luxury of working with any personal trainer in any boutique gym she desires, but toned abs and a tight booty like J Lo's definitely don't come easy — she works hard at it, and for this reason we love her.
Not afraid to sweat, Jennifer is often spotted leaving the gym. But while we're used to seeing celebs bounce back in record time after having a baby, J Lo will be the first to admit it took her a whole year (yay! She's normal!) to get her body back into shape after giving birth to her adorable twins Max and Emme in 2008.
As for her diet, Ms. Lopez knows she's got to work hard, admitting, "You got to work out, you got to watch what you eat," she told Us Magazine. "It's a job — you've got to buckle down." This includes adopting healthy habits when it comes to having fun. Yep, she's talking about saying no to alcohol and a huuuge no to cigarettes (for obvious reasons) even when you're surrounded by temptation on an average Friday and Saturday night.
